Mr. Menon joined WaterHealth directly from General Electric Infrastructure where, most recently, he was Country Head in Malaysia. In 2004 he was recognized by GE with the Asia Peak Achiever award for his accomplishments. Prior to his assignment in Malaysia Mr. Menon held various positions including Regional Manager in India and Sales Manager for Southeast Asia. He also was part of the start-up team that established GE-Fanuc in India. He is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt. Before joining GE he held the position of Systems Engineer at Larsen and Toubro, the largest and most highly regarded engineering firm in India.

Mr. Menon is a graduate of the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kharagpur, and holds a diploma in Business Administration.

Also joining the India team is Mr. Aditya Rao as Director of Operations, reporting to Mr. Menon. He joined WaterHealth from his position as Chief Manager and Functional Head for Siemens Ltd operations in Hyderabad, India. With extensive experience in engineering, project management, business development, and sales involving customer relationships with a wide range of industries, Mr. Rao had a more than 20 year tenure with Siemens. He is a certified Lead Assessor for ISO 9000 Quality System

Mr. Rao earned a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree, first class with distinction from the College of Engineering of Osmania University in Hyderabad, India. He also is a graduate of the Management Education Program of the Indian Institute of Management at Ahmedabad.

Messrs. Menon and Rao continue to build out the WaterHealth India team in preparation for increased sales and installations of Community Water Systems in India.
